Something’s shifting.
The familiar ways don’t quite work anymore.
You’re in-between what was and what’s next.
A threshold moment.
You don't have to find your way alone.
Who I am & why I'm here.
I've spent most of my life exploring how to help people and the planet. These days, my work is simpler and deeper.
I help people find the version of themselves that's gone quiet over the years. The one who moved through the world with real aliveness...before the noise, the expectations, the job titles, the carefulness, the fear.
That's the work: listening together for what's still alive underneath it all, and building a life that moves from there. There is no forcing, or fixing, or "efforting". It's all about paying attention and taking the next right step. Again. And again. And again.
This is what I'm doing too. Rekindling the essence of my nineteen-year-old self: weather-worn, wide open, alone in a clearcut with joy, curiosity, and grit. That photo sits on my desk because after years of getting buried under everything life piles on, I did the excavation. She's back. I move through the world the way she did: trusting my instincts, moving toward what calls me, knowing I have something real to bring.
This is the work I do with people: helping them find their way back to who they actually are, and have always been.
Nineteen. Tree planting in northern BC. Alone with my yellow walkman, grizzlies, moose & mosquitoes. And smiling from the inside out. My OP shirt says, "To turn is to admit defeat."
What this is (and isn't).
I'm not a therapist. I'm not a coach. I'm a guide.
We are not working together to diagnose or fix anything in you. We don't set goals or make action plans. There are no 12 steps to achieve something. Instead, we work with what's alive right now...the questions you're carrying, the patterns you're noticing, the transitions you're navigating.
The work is grounded in depth psychology, nervous system science, somatics, wisdom traditions, and is guided by what your body is actually telling you. We go slower than you're used to. Nature is an essential partner. We listen for what wants to emerge rather than forcing what should happen next.
And it's completely bespoke. Your story—the specific combination of wounds, joys, what your body knows, what keeps you up at night—is yours alone. The way you got here is unique. The way forward has to be too. I help you build practices that work for your actual life, your body, your story—not mine, not some formula, not what worked for someone else.
This isn't personal development or self-improvement. This is much more than that. It's personal evolution and threshold work.
My offerings.
I work with people in transition—when the old ways don't fit and the new ones haven't arrived yet. Each path is different, but they all start the same way: we slow down, listen, and find what's real right now. From there, you choose how we work together.

In person. In nature.
Fieldwalks
You're crossing a threshold. The life you built doesn't quite fit anymore, and you need space to think, to feel, to remember what's true. These walks are for that—slow movement through High Park, paying attention to what your body knows and what wants to emerge. Not therapy. Not coaching. Just presence, movement, and the quiet intelligence of the land.
We walk the trails of High Park for one hour. Just you, me, and what's real.
In person or online.
1:1 Guiding
Sometimes you need more than a walk. You need sustained attention—space to untangle what's actually happening, build practices that work for your life, and find the thread through when everything feels uncertain. These are bespoke guiding sessions. No formulas or templates. Just what you actually need.
We meet one-on-one, online or in person, and work with what's alive right now: the questions you're carrying, the patterns you're noticing, the transitions you're navigating.

At your own pace.
Explore + learn
Not ready to work together directly? Start here. Resources, reflections, and practices you can explore on your own time—grounded in the same depth psychology, nervous system science, somatics, and wisdom traditions that shape all my work. This is for people who want to dip a toe in, learn at their own pace, or stay connected to ideas that help them navigate these threshold times.
No pressure. No commitment. Just some well crafted and curated rabbit holes to explore.
