Midlife & Transition Guide
Something’s shifting. You feel it. The old ways aren’t working, but the new path hasn’t appeared yet.
Welcome to the threshold.
You don’t have to walk it alone.
The work begins here.
When something's shifting, but you can't quite name it yet.
Most people find me when something that used to work…doesn’t anymore. When momentum fades, confidence slips, or the story they’ve been living suddenly stops making sense. If you've found yourself here, something’s probably shifting in your life. Or stalled. Or heavy. Or sticky. You know there’s more, but you can’t quite find the traction. Here’s what it may feel like:
You wake up with low-grade dread. There's nothing overtly wrong, but things don't feel quite right either.
You know you're stuck in a loop. You can see the pattern, but you just can't find the way out.
Work, roles, or routines that used to fit don't anymore — or they just don't feel right.
You know there's more to you than this, but you can't find what it is.
You feel restless, foggy, or unmotivated, like you've lost your spark somewhere along the way.
You're tired of talking about change. You want to actually feel different.
What this work looks like.
I work with people in transition—when the old ways don't fit and the new ones haven't arrived yet. Each path is different, but they all start the same way: we slow down, listen, and find what's real right now. From there, you choose how we work together.
In person. In nature.
Slow walks through High Park (or a park near you) for people in transition. One hour of movement, presence, and paying attention to what your body knows and what wants to emerge.
In person or online.
Sustained attention for when you need more than a walk. Bespoke sessions (online or in person) to untangle what's happening and build practices that work for your actual life.
At your own pace.
Resources, reflections, & practices to explore at your own pace. Grounded in the same depth psychology and neuroscience that shapes all my work. No pressure, no commitment.
How this work helps.
Nothing about you is broken.
You're already more than fine. There's nothing to diagnose or fix. What's needed is space to get quiet enough to hear what's already there.
This work is grounded in depth psychology, nervous system science, and what your body is actually telling you. We go slower than you're used to, because slowing down is what lets truth surface.
Every session is different, because what brings you—your wounds, joys, what your body knows, what keeps you up at night—is yours alone. The way forward has to be too. We build practices that fit your actual life, not someone else's formula. Small, real shifts that stack over time.
This isn't self-improvement, manifestation, or positive thinking. It's remembering what's real, learning to trust it, and letting that change you from the inside out.
What you can expect.
It’s surprisingly practical. You’ll feel lighter right away as your perspective, your neural pathways, begin to shift. You can expect:
A real conversation, not a performance.
Simple movement (we walk, or you move as you can).
Relief, perspective, and a sense of the next right step.
Gradual, consistent rewiring toward calm and clarity.
Why me.
Because I'm walking it too.
I’m not in a different realm. Like you, I’m a work in progress, just a few steps further down the path. Close enough to remember what it feels like to be completely lost, and far enough along to point out the solid ground.
I know these in-between seasons: Identity shifts. Questioning or ending relationships. Career pivots. Parenthood. Loss. Financial trauma. Questions of purpose. I've lived them, and I still do. That's why I can meet people where they are—not from theory, but from the inside.
I've developed an approach to guiding people through transition—one that weaves depth psychology, modern neuroscience, wisdom traditions, and embodied practice. But what really shapes this work is lived experience.
I'm a certified Advanced Purpose Guide, trained in vision questing and nature-based practices, with 20+ years in environmental and mental health work.
This is what I do: I help people excavate the version of themselves that got buried—and find their way back to what's most alive.
